New patients policy 

 

Because of a large number of new incoming queries from new patients, we wish to see all new patients as soon as possible. However, currently, there is an increasing number of follow up patients who need to be treated in a safe and thorough manner. While every effort is made to run on time, we must limit the number of new patients that Dr.Lambert can take as he has a limited private practice with limited service hours. Therefore, it will be very necessary to prioritise new patients based on urgency and clinical need. 

 

We need the following information to review your case;

 

  • the following pre-review by GP or consultants with referral letters, OR

  • a very suggestive clinical history suggestive of acute Lyme or coinfection, AND

  • a brief medical history prepared by you, AND

  • any preliminary blood results performed suggesting Lyme or co-infections

 

If you are one of such cases, please share your necessary documents (referral letter, preliminary blood results, etc.) via the link here and please describe your condition. Or
