Incident - Suspicious Email 

Dear Patients/Customers/Partners,

 

From 00.01 GMT 29 Jan 2020 until 23.59 GMT 29 Jan 2020, you may have received a suspicious email with a shared link from ID Doctor, Bewell management Limited, the one of Bewell accounts was hacked and we have immediately investigated and resolved this issue. Based on our findings, no personal data, other than email addresses, was shared from assessing our audit logs.

Please be assured no other personal data, or private medical records, was comprised as a result of the hack.

We take the protection of your personal information very seriously. Please accept our deepest apologies for the worry and inconvenience that this activity has caused. We have already reported this incident to applicable authority and have taken on additional security measures to minimise any further risk.

Action you need to take

We take the protection of your personal information very seriously and would encourage you to review the advice below:

  1. Please do not open any link and delete email if you have received an email from hiro@iddoctor.eu on the 29th January 2020 between GMT 00.01 hours and GMT 23.59 hours. email subject 'Hiro shared doc' or 'Hiro share doc'.

  2. We will never proactively contact you to request your personal or confidential information. If you ever receive an email or call, claiming to be from us, requesting this information, please report it to us straight away. Or If you have any doubt, please call to our admin office + 353 (0)76 680 3364 for verification.

  3. We will never proactively contact you to request your credit card details. or If you have any doubt, please call to our admin office + 353 (0)76 680 3364 for verification.

  4. Do not respond to or follow any web links from untrusted sources.
